How To Register with the Practice
If you are staying in the area for more than 3 months and are within our Practice boundary, you should register with the Practice as a permanent patient.
To register, you should call into the surgery with identification e.g. birth certificate, driving licence, passport where you will be given registration paperwork to complete and return to Reception.
