We have a Pharmacy Team attached to the Practice who can help you with any queries you have about your medication. This includes any queries about repeat prescriptions. The Pharmacist will also offer appointments with patients to discuss their medication and may be able to help with changes to medication, for example, when someone has been in hospital. We are not a dispensing practice and, therefore, do not dispense medication on the premises.
The Practice Manager, Eileen Rae, is responsible for the day to day administration and management of the Practice. We have a Reception Team Leader heading up the team of receptionists who are here to assist you and direct you to the most appropriate Clinician. Anything you tell them will be treated in the strictest confidence.
We have a touchscreen at the Reception Desk which allows all patients seeing the GP, Nurse or Midwife to book themselves in. This avoids unnecessary queueing at the reception desk.

Behind the scenes we have a large team who are dealing directly with letters, test results, appointments, insurance papers etc. You can speak directly with a member of our administration team if you feel that this is appropriate.
