Engage Consult is our new online consultation provider which replaced our old offering of eConsult from April 2025.

In order to submit an Engage Consult to us, you will need to register for an account and you only have to do this once. Please select the link below and Log In to start the process.

We have a number of questionnaires and admin templates that you can submit to us via Engage. 

These are available 24/7 5 days a week and not limited to when medical Engage Consults are open between 6am and 11am.

Annual Reviews
Annual reviews that are currently available include Contraception reviews for the family planning team, HRT reviews for our HRT specialist nurse and Asthma reviews for our respiratory team.

Sick notes (MED3s)
We would prefer that you request a sick note from us by submitting an Engage consult to us. The questions have been chosen by the GPs at the practice and provide them with all the information that they need to process this for you.

Please remember that for your first 7 days off from work, you are required to self-certify yourself. You can collect a form from the front desk of Elgin Health Centre or you can download from here: Self Certification Form 2022

Skin Lesion / Moles
If you have concerns about a skin lesion or a mole that you have, the best way to have this reviewed at the practice is by submitting the skin lesion questionnaire to us.  This has been designed by the skin GPs at the practice and allows them to triage your request more efficiently and determine the best course of action for your concern. Please ensure that you submit clear photos to us on the Engage.
