Community Connections is a research program which is exploring with the community better ways for people to find and share local resources to help people live well. The programme is funded by UK government through the Moray Growth Deal which aims to support the remobilisation of health and care services and the economic recovery of the Moray region, by investing in research and innovation activities aligned to the digital health and care agenda.
